This environmentally safe concentrate eliminates rock salt damage. This liquid helps prevent ice from bonding and sticking to surfaces. Designed to quickly melt any ice or snow this environmentally friendly ice and snow melt has chemicals with special inhibitors . When applied as recommended, it will melt existing ice and snow immediately. For long lasting effect put in a sprayer, back pack or any dispenser and apply sparingly and directly to the affected area. Wait a couple of minutes and reapply for best results. This liquid ice melt is highly economical to use because it covers many square feet a gallon to melt ice.

• Icenator is virtually non-corrosive on many surfaces.
Our product has been tested and approved - meeting standards of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. The corrosion factor of Icenator on mild steel is almost 10 times less than salt and similar to the amount of corrosion caused by untreated water.
• Icenator doesn't refreeze .
Lots of things will melt ice. Salt, sugar and alcohol for instance. Salt is widely used because it is available and inexpensive. Salt only causes ice to melt until the salt brine solution becomes saturated with salt. At that point the salt will crystallize out of solution and the ice will refreeze. Unlike salt brines, Icenator does not have a re-crystallization phase.
• Icenator improves traction when dry.
When applied in a stream, our formula penetrates snow to break the bond at the asphalt or concrete surface. Icenator aids in prevention of the “ slickness ” period that you sometimes get with chloride brines. Once dry, asphalt sprayed with Icenator has more traction than asphalt that has not been sprayed at all.
• Icenator goes farther lasts longer .
Icenator goes farther and lasts longer because it works at lower temperatures. Because the freezing point of Icenator is approximately –85°F even when the product becomes diluted it keeps on working.
Use full strength. Under most conditions 1 gallon typically covers 500 square feet. For lighter applications one gallon may cover 1000 square feet. The amount of precipitation, weather conditions, wind chill, ambient temperature and other factors affect the performance of Icenator and all deicers.
